Rastrello - Umbrian Heritage - Extra Virgin Olive Oil

This is a cold-extracted extra virgin olive oil made from leccino, moraiolo, frantoio, and pendolino olives, as well as hyperlocal olive cultivars of our Lago Trasimeno area, including dolce agogia, rosciola dell’Umbria, and nero di Panicale. 

When we source from trusted friends, we know exactly how they treat their trees and we make sure that they follow the same practices we do, especially no chemicals and no-till agriculture. Every farm that these olives are picked from has ancestral groves, which is why we call this our Umbrian Heritage Blend extra virgin olive oil.
