Holiday Order FAQs

NOTES ON PRE-ORDERS, DELIVERY, and PICK-UP

  • At check out, you can select PICK UP or DELIVERY.
  • All orders require 72 hours notice, and orders for all menu items close on Friday 12/16.
  • Items on the Christmas Dinner menu will only be available for pick up or delivery on 12/23.
  • Once orders have been placed, we will follow up via email to confirm your order and confirm fulfillment.

 

For Pick Up

  • Pick-up will be available from our Burbank shop at 3815 W. Magnolia Blvd Burbank, CA 91505

For Delivery

We will be delivering pre-ordered items on WEDNESDAY 11/23 from 9 am - 5 pm. We will email you after our pre-order window closes on 11/18 to arrange for delivery. While we will endeavor to coordinate with your availability, we cannot guarantee a specific delivery time within that day. Please contact hello@little-nelly.com with any questions you may have, or to explore options for specific delivery times via courier service (additional charges will apply).
