Traditional solera-system produced sherry vinegar adds complexity to any marinade, sauce, or salad dressing. A true sherry vinegar can only be produced from wine made from palomino no grapes, grown in the unique microclimate of the sherry region of Jerez, Spain. The exceptional quality of our sherry vinegar stems from the use of the nest ingredients - the first pressed sherry wines known as Vinos de team. slow and careful preparation through a solera aging system in oak barrels produces this mature, complex vinegar with an incomparable flavor, aroma, and color.
